The legal stuff
Payment Policy
Memorable Package:
Full payment is required upfront to secure your booking. Once the booking date and time are agreed, you will receive a digital invoice to make your payment via bank transfer or PayID.
Payment must be made within 24 hours to secure the booking. Without payment, the booking will be released.
Mesmerising and Magnificence Packages:
50% payment is required upfront to secure your first consultation session (Colour).
Once the booking date and time are agreed, you will receive a digital invoice to make your payment via bank transfer or PayID.
Payment must be made within 24 hours to secure the booking. Without payment, the booking will be released.
Payment of invoice balance is due prior to the second consultation session (Personal Style).
Refunds
There are no refunds issued on packages once they have commenced or been completed, or if less than 72 hours’ notice of a cancellation or reschedule prior to the first consultation (Colour). Please see the Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling Policy.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your package for any reason, you are welcome to a refund (minus 50% holding fee) if more than 72 hours’ notice is given prior to your first consultation (Colour). If you cancel your package less than 72 hours prior to the first consultation, no refund will be issued.
If you decide to cancel your package after the first consultation (Colour), no refund is provided.
Rescheduling Policy
If you are unable to attend your session and less than 72 hours’ notice is given, a 20% rebooking fee may be incurred. For reschedule requests greater than 72 hours’ notice, a credit is valid for up to 3 months from the initial booking. If the rescheduled session is not booked in 3 months, all payment is forfeited, and no refund applies.
Any rescheduled session will be subject to consultant availability. Please note that sessions are booked weeks or months in advance and your reschedule preference will depend on availability.
If you require more than one reschedule of your session/s, it may incur a 20% rebooking fee for each occasion.
Late and Missed Sessions
If you are late to your session, we will continue with the remaining time available on your arrival.
If you miss your session or do not show without at least 72 hours prior notification, you may request a rescheduled appointment per Rescheduling Policy and no refund applies.
Retailer Product Availability
Product availability, sizes or stock available in stores at the time of your Shopping Training & Support session are subject to retail factors and not the responsibility of the consultant.
Any items are purchased in store or online from retailers are the full responsibility of the purchaser, not the consultant.
Service Areas
Serviced areas include CBD and suburbs of Metropolitan Brisbane.
For clients located in other Australian locations (limited to capital and regional cities), travel and accommodation costs will be incurred at an additional cost agreed between client and consultant.
Travel Fees
On request, proposed fees for travel, accommodation and travel time will be calculated for non-Brisbane clients. Proposed flights must be flexi fares. Payment of these fees will be invoiced for upfront payment at least 1 week prior to each trip.
If the trip request is cancelled by client for any reason within 72 hours of departure, a refund may be provided minus a 50% holding and administration fee.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual property includes, but is not limited to, the documents, emails and/or videos that you may receive as an inclusion of your package service. Colour and Style guides, wardrobe analysis, advisory, shopping lists, recordings or any other information shared with you during or outside of session are not to be reproduced or redistributed to third parties.
